Position: Software Adviser - Telecalling

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Software Adviser for our telecalling team. This role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their software requirements, providing tailored advice on suitable products and services, and helping them make informed decisions. As a Software Adviser, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients and assisting them throughout the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Outreach: Initiate and respond to calls with potential clients to understand their software needs and preferences.

  2. Advisory Support: Provide clients with expert advice on software products, highlighting the benefits, features, and best uses of each.

  3. Build Rapport: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their questions or concerns professionally and promptly.

  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all software products and IT solutions offered by the company, including their applications, pricing, and advantages.

  5. Conversion & Follow-up: Guide clients through the decision-making process, support them post-purchase, and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
